About us
IGR is a leading company in removal and disposal of any asbestos containing material.
Founded in 1989, IGR was the first Spanish company which provided removal asbestos works. Since then, IGR has been involved in the research and development of techniques to solve the problems that asbestos containing materials generate, preserving health, safety and the environment.
Currently, IGR is a benchmark in asbestos removal and disposal works of any magnitude, and also offers its customers other services as asbestos survey and diagnostic studies, dismantling and special demolitions or waste management and disposal services.
IGR works in Spain, France, and Portugal, and collaborates with companies from Argentina, Italy, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, etc.

IGR develops safe working methods as a part of its production process, and consider the risk prevention as a differentiation in the services that offers.
IGR Management System was first evaluated and certified in terms of compliance with the OHSAS 18001 standard, and after that according to standards of quality and environment.
Currently, IGR has an Integrated Management System in compliance with the standards ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
The acceptance by the market of this production policy is evident, as well as how much general awareness of occupational risk prevention has grown in recent years.

Environment
IGR invests in environmentally friendly work methodologies for asbestos removal works, as well as in other services that provides to its clients, such as the management of contaminated soils, divestments, disposal of other types of waste, etc.
This environment policy and has been included since 2008 in its Company Policy.
RSC
Since 2009 IGR takes part in the United Nations Global Compact, a non-binding United Nations pact to encourage businesses and firms worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies in terms of human rights, labour rights, environment and against corruption, and to report on their implementation.
IGR reported its first progress report in 2009. This information is published in the association website (www.pactomundial.org).
